We do not do full haircuts on puppy’s who have yet to have 2 puppy introductions with us, or MORE if needed!
Our puppy introduction groom is designed to help young pups have a safe, positive first grooming experience. This service includes a gentle bath, light blow dry, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and plenty of patience, love, and breaks to help your puppy get comfortable with the grooming process.
We recommend starting grooming introductions around 8 weeks old so puppies can slowly adjust to the sounds, tools, handling, and dryer used during professional grooming. Most puppies are not ready for a full haircut right away, and it can take several introduction appointments before they are comfortable enough to safely complete a full groom.
For the best results, puppy introductions should be done frequently and consistently to build confidence, reduce fear, and help your puppy learn that grooming is a normal part of life. Our goal is to create a calm, stress-free grooming experience for the future! 💕

This service helps remove loose undercoat, reduce shedding, and clean up your pup while still keeping their natural coat length.
Please note: pricing may vary depending on coat condition, excessive shedding, matting, coat thickness/length, temperament, fleas/ticks, or extra time required. Severely matted coats may require additional brushing fees or a full groom recommendation for the comfort and safety of your pup.
